I sent you a message on your Facebook page with the whole enchilada about what I used after the 1123's ran their course. Hope you get it and it helps you out. Good luck and welcome back!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05114349109277448312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-970768792371435412.post-65246679047464014462014-05-15T19:08:03.115-04:002014-05-15T19:08:03.115-04:00Hi Frank - I have a question (mostly) unrelated to...Hi Frank - I have a question (mostly) unrelated to your post: I too am a Fat Runner - though not NEARLY as dedicated as you. In fact, I've been out of it for a *long* while, though I mean to start up again.

I saw in one of your previous posts that you used to run in NB1123s - me too - What have you found to replace those? Fatter than you and with a bad knee, I'm a little (!) concerned about running again without my 1122/1123s - -Thanks for your help - RonRonhttps://www.facebook.com/ohthat.ronnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-970768792371435412.post-34352129989235518142014-05-09T11:31:47.445-04:002014-05-09T11:31:47.445-04:00Glad you are being safe about swimming in the ocea...Glad you are being safe about swimming in the ocean! I grew up on a lake and the first time I tried to swim in the ocean I about died! It's so tiring! Props to you for continuing to work hard at this! I can't wait to hear about your first Tri. You are braver than I am, we have a Tri training club here in Tulsa and I'm too chicken to sign up!
Keep Going!Sarah @ RunGingerRunhttp://www.rungingerrunblog.comnoreply@blogger.com
